What came first, the roll or the dream?

Started simple. Rolled different.

Like a lot of great ideas in Los Angeles, ours started simple.

Two guys, KT and Cordae, a fryer, and an idea: take something everybody already knows and turn it into something they wouldn’t forget.

Gourmet eggrolls. Rolled different. Served hot out the fryer.

What started in Los Angeles became Roll Wit-it Eggrolls. We took our food wherever the people were, popping up around the city, catering celebrations, serving events, and putting fresh, crispy eggrolls directly into people’s hands.

And people kept coming back.

Because for us, it was never about making just another eggroll. We wanted every roll packed with flavor, fried fresh, and served the way we’d want to eat it ourselves. No sitting around under a heat lamp. No ordinary fillings pretending to be special.

Just good food, good energy, and eggrolls worth telling somebody about.

Today, Roll Wit-it Eggrolls is still rooted in the same thing that got us started: serving Los Angeles hot out the fryer, one roll at a time.
